In addition to her academic teaching, Amelia offers virtual, 1:1 voice lessons and voice pedagogy sessions, group lessons, master classes, and workshops through her company, The Phonation Company.
She maintains a working roster of approximately 25-30 working voice professionals in musical theatre, commercial music, and opera across the world. Currently, her roster is full. However, you can join a waitlist or sign-up for a drop-in lesson below.
Associate teachers have previously trained extensively with Dr. Rollings Bigler. They each offer discounted lesson packages (monthly payment plans available) and full-rate, no-contract, drop-in lessons as their individual schedules allow.

Abby Kohake is a Kentucky native and alumna of Western Kentucky University (BFA musical theatre). After graduation, Abby worked with students ages 5-18 across the U.S., Portugal, Spain, Italy, and India with Missoula Children's Theatre and the National Theatre for Children. Abby has also worked on the staff of prestigious theatre arts camps such as Governor's School for the Arts and Missoula Children's Theatre Next Step Prep. She also worked as a resident actor at Greenville Theatre in Greenville, SC. Selected roles and shows include A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder (Woman #1), Alice in Wonderland (White Rabbit/Tour Director), and Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown).
Abby also loves practicing the culinary arts and has worked in several professional bakeries. She is known for her Liège waffle sold at Spencer's Coffee in Bowling Green, KY. You can follow along with her bakes or swap recipes at her food-focused Instagram account, @kohakebakes!
MJ is from Kentucky and an alumna of Western Kentucky University (BM Piano and vocal music education). At WKU, she served as music director, arranger, accompanist, and soloist in a variety of musical ensembles. Key performances included the WKU Chorale at Carnegie Hall, and choral tours in Spain and Costa Rica. After graduating, she worked as Resident Music Director for a non-profit theater where she directed a variety of junior and mainstage productions, including Elf Jr., Junie B. Jones the Musical, Seussical, and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. MJ resides in New York City and is currently working as a singing, dueling pianist for Holland America Cruise Line.
In her free time, MJ is a practicing singer-songwriter who enjoys baking, running, and painting. MJ has a passion for making specialty coffees and for her cat, Winifred.
